Super-Simple Black Bean and Chicken Salad with Alpine Cheese

Servings: 4


2 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, drained
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup prepared salsa
1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin alpine cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 package (16 ounces) mixed salad greens

Cooking Directions:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except greens.

Arrange greens on a large serving platter. Mound bean mixture on top.
