Wisconsin Mozzarella Mini Pizzas

Ingredients:
6 large English muffins, split and buttered 1/4 cup (1 ounce) Wisconsin Parmesan cheese, grated 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) Wisconsin Cheddar cheese, shredded 6 frankfurters 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) pizza sauce 1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cooking Directions:
Sprinkle buttered muffins with Parmesan cheese. Toast under broiler until golden brown. Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of Cheddar cheese on each muffin. Cut frankfurters cross-wise in 1/4 inch slices; arrange on muffins. Top each with about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
