Maple Walnut Butter

Servings: 48


4 pounds unsalted butter, softened
1 pounds walnuts, chopped fine
2 teaspoons maple extract
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups maple syrup
1 cup dark corn syrup

Cooking Directions:

Combine first four ingredients in mixing bowl and begin mixing on medium speed. Slowly add maple syrup and corn syrup. Continue mixing until well blended with butter, approximately 10 minutes. Stop several times to scrape sides of bowl.
