Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes

6 medium tomatoes
1 cup dry curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can (6 1/2 ounces) water-packed tuna, drained and flaked

Cooking Directions:

With a sharp knife, cut each tomato into 6 wedges, cutting to, but not through, the base of the tomato. Cover and chill.

In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese and yogurt. Mix until thoroughly blended. Stir in remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves. Place tomatoes on individual lettuce-lined plates; spread wedges apart. Spoon stuffing mixture into center of each tomato.
