Ingredients:
Dressing:
1 carton (8 ounces) plain yogurt
1/4 cup (1 ounce) crumbled Wisconsin Blue cheese
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon basil
Salad:
4 cups torn lettuce
2 cups fresh torn spinach
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup red onion rings
1 medium tomato, diced
Cooking Directions:
Dressing: Combine yogurt, Blue cheese, sugar, salt, celery seed and basil. Cover and chill.
Salad: Combine salad ingredients; cover and chill.
Just before serving, pour dressing over greens and toss lightly.
