Pepper-Cheese Salad Supreme

Servings: 6


12 cups mixed salad greens
3/4 cup coarsely grated carrot
1 pint cherry tomatoes, washed and stemmed
2/3 cup prepared vinaigrette or Italian dressing
2 cups (6 ounces) grated Wisconsin pepato cheese

Cooking Directions:

In a large salad bowl, toss the greens, carrot, tomatoes and dressing until combined. Top with cheese. To serve, divide into 6 serving bowls.

Note: Asiago or romano and coarsely ground black peppercorns may be substituted for the pepato.
