Coffee Caramel Sauce

Servings: 8


1 package (14 ounces) vanilla caramels
3 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee
2 teaspoons light corn syrup
2 tablespoons half-and-half

Cooking Directions:

In a double boiler, melt caramels and add the remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly and serve hot over your favorite ice cream.
