8 strips bacon4 sandwich buns, split and buttered2 eggs, well beaten2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Swiss cheese, shredded1 teaspoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/8 teaspoon pepperDash of garlic saltDash of celery salt
Cut bacon strips in half and partially fry; drain on paper towels.. Place bun halves on baking sheet. Toast under broiler until lightly browned. In mixing bowl combine eggs, cheese, lemon juice, salt, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, garlic and celery salts. Divide cheese mixture equally over bun halves; top each with 2 pieces of bacon. Broil until cheese is lightly browned and bacon crisp. Serve hot, 2 halves per serving..
