1 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crust1/2 cup pizza sauce1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin mild provolone cheese, shredded1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin aged provolone cheese, shredded4 ounces pre-cooked duck sausage, sliced into coins1/2 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper 1/4 cup diced yellow bell pepper 1 tablespoon roasted, chopped garlic1/4 cup chopped chives
Heat oven to 450°F. Place the pizza crust on a pizza pan or large baking sheet. Spread the sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the provolone over the sauce. Arrange the sausage over the cheese. Arrange the mushrooms and peppers on top of the sausage. Sprinkle the roasted garlic over the top. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned. Sprinkle the chives over the top of the pizza.
