Caribbean Con Frutas Pizza

Ingredients:
1 pizza crust, 12 inch 3 ounces pizza sauce 1/2 lime, juiced 5 ounces jerk marinated chicken, diced, cooked 2 ounces pineapple, diced 1/4 ounce coconut flakes 1/4 ounce scallion, chopped fine 2 ounces sweet pepper, julienned 5 ounces Wisconsin Queso Blanco con Fruitas, shredded, divided 3 ounces Wisconsin Asadero, shredded, divided Red pepper flakes to taste
Cooking Directions:
Combine the juice of half a lime with the pizza sauce. Spread pizza sauce on crust. Combine Queso Blanco con Fruitas and Asadero in a bowl and mix well. Spread three quarters of the cheese mixture over the sauce. Top with remaining ingredients as listed and finish with remaining cheese blend. Bake at 450° F for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
