1 package (13 3/4 ounces) hot roll mix
1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage, cooked and drained
2 cups (16 ounces) cream-style cottage cheese
1 can (12 ounces) seasoned tomato paste
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 pound mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Wisconsin parmesan cheese
Prepare roll mix according to package directions. Press onto bottom and sides of buttered jelly-roll pan, 15x10 inches, or 13 inch diameter pizza pan.
Combine all ingredients except parmesan. Spread on prepared dough. Top with parmesan. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375° F for 35 minutes.
