1 package (13 3/4 ounces) hot roll mix
1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage, cooked and drained
2 cups (16 ounces) cream-style Cottage Cheese
1 can (12 ounces) seasoned tomato paste
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 pound mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Wisconsin Parmesan cheese
Prepare roll mix according to package directions. Press onto bottom and sides of buttered jelly-roll pan, 15x10 inches, or 13 inch diameter pizza pan.
Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Spread on prepared dough. Top with Parmesan cheese. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375° F for 35 minutes.
