Horseradish Butter

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Cooking Directions:

Blend in all ingredients until light and fluffy. Serve at once or cover and refrigerate. To serve, let soften at room temperature.

Uses: Sandwiches, Beef, Ham
