Crispy Bacon Sticks

Servings: 10


5 slices bacon, halved lengthwise
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Wisconsin parmesan cheese
10 bread sticks

Cooking Directions:

Press one side of bacon in cheese. Wrap diagonally around stick with cheese-coated side toward stick. Place on paper plate or microwave-safe baking sheet lined with paper towels. Microwave on high 4 minutes. Check for doneness. Microwave 1 to 2 additional minutes if necessary. Roll again in parmesan.
