Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup Sour Cream 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 medium cucumbers, sliced 1 cup chopped onion
Cooking Directions:
In a small bowl, blend together yogurt, Sour Cream, lemon juice, parsley and pepper. In a medium bowl, toss together cucumbers and onion. Stir in yogurt mixture. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
