2 slices (1/2 inch thick) sourdough bread4 teaspoons prepared mango-chutney2 slices (1 ounce each) Wisconsin horseradish cheddar* cheese2 Jones Farm Fresh and Tender Ham Slices or Jones Country Carved deli thin slices6 to 8 baby spinach leaves, washed and patted dry4 thin slices sweet red apple, such as Braeburn, Gala, Fuji or Red Delicious1 teaspoon butter, melted
Spread bread slices with mango-chutney. Top 1 slice of bread with 1 slice horseradish cheddar, ham, spinach, apple, second slice cheddar and second slice of bread. Heat sandwich press. Brush top and bottom of sandwich lightly with butter; cook about 7 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese begins to melt. (Or, cook in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side.)*If horseradish cheddar is unavailable, substitute regular cheddar and use horseradish mustard. Omit mango-chutney.
