Ingredients:
2 slices (1/2 inch thick) sourdough bread
4 teaspoons prepared mango-chutney
2 slices (1 ounce each) Wisconsin Horseradish Cheddar* Cheese
2 Jones Farm Fresh and Tender Ham Slices or Jones Country Carved deli thin slices
6 to 8 baby spinach leaves, washed and patted dry
4 thin slices sweet red apple, such as Braeburn, Gala, Fuji or Red Delicious
1 teaspoon Butter, melted
Cooking Directions:
Spread bread slices with mango-chutney. Top 1 slice of bread with 1 slice Wisconsin Horseradish Cheddar, ham, spinach, apple, second slice Cheddar and second slice of bread. Heat sandwich press. Brush top and bottom of sandwich lightly with Butter; cook about 7 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese begins to melt. (Or, cook in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side.)
*If Horseradish Cheddar is unavailable, substitute regular Wisconsin Cheddar and use horseradish mustard. Omit mango-chutney.
