Wisconsin Cheese Plate With Pineapple Salsa
Servings: 1.5 cups
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced 2 tablespoons sweet onion, finely diced 1/4 cup red pepper, diced 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon jalapeño, minced 1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped Salt and pepper, to taste Wisconsin Havarti, Muenster and Fontina.
Cooking Directions:
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except cheeses; mix well. Serve with semi-soft cheeses such as Wisconsin Havarti, Muenster and Fontina.
