1 cup dry white wine2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Wisconsin aged swiss cheese2 tablespoons flourSalt to taste1/4 teaspoon nutmeg1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepperBananasCornflake crumbs
Heat wine in fondue pot over moderate heat until bubbly. Combine cheese and flour; add by handfuls to wine, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon or fork. Keep stirring until cheese melts. Add seasonings. Serve bananas cut into chunks and cornflake crumbs in several shallow bowls. Spear banana chunks with fondue fork, dip in hot cheese mixture and then in cornflakes.
