Cucumber Infused Vodka

Ingredients:
2 large cucumbers
1 bottle (750 ml) vodka
Cooking Directions:
Slice cucumber in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon, and slice into half moons. Place cucumber slices in a large clean jar with a lid. Pour vodka over cucumbers until they’re fully submerged. Top the jar with its lid and place in a cool dark place for 3 days, shaking the jar a few times a day. Serve over on the rocks with a splash of soda water and a cucumber slice. Pair with Greek Salad Pick.
