Cookies: Cream butter, sugar and honey. Beat in egg. Then stir in other ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on greased pan. Bake at 350° F for about 15 minutes or until a golden brown. Cool and frost.Frosting: Cream the butter, add sugar and mix until thoroughly blended and smooth. Add sour cream, salt and vanilla and beat well.
