Ingredients:
Cookies: 3/4 cup butter 1 1/3 cups sugar 1/4 cup honey 1 egg 1 cup pumpkin 1/3 cup poppy seed 2 1/2 cups sifted flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon milk 3/4 cup chopped nuts 3/4 cup chopped dates
Frosting: 3 tablespoons sour cream 3 tablespoons butter 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar Pinch of salt 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Cooking Directions:
Cookies: Cream butter, sugar and honey. Beat in egg. Then stir in other ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on greased pan. Bake at 350° F for about 15 minutes or until a golden brown. Cool and frost. Frosting: Cream the butter, add sugar and mix until thoroughly blended and smooth. Add sour cream, salt and vanilla and beat well.
