1/2 cup whipping cream3 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup brown sugar, packedDash of salt1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa, sifted
In a heavy saucepan, heat cream and butter over medium heat until boiling. Stir in sugars until dissolved. Reduce heat; quickly stir in salt and cocoa. Remove from heat. Serve immediately.
