Hot Fudge Sauce

Servings: 4


1/2 cup whipping cream
3 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
Dash of salt
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa, sifted

Cooking Directions:

In a heavy saucepan, heat cream and butter over medium heat until boiling. Stir in sugars until dissolved. Reduce heat; quickly stir in salt and cocoa. Remove from heat. Serve immediately.
