1 carton (8 ounces) sour cream4 ounces Wisconsin cream cheese, softened2/3 cup taco sauce1 1/2 cups torn iceberg lettuce1/3 cup chopped green pepper1/4 cup chopped onion3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded monterey jack cheese1 medium tomato, choppedTortilla chips
In a small mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese; stir until smooth. On a large platter, spread the mixture to an 8-inch circle. Spread the taco sauce evenly over the top. Then layer with the lettuce, green pepper, onion, and cheeses. Sprinkle the tomato on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
