Ingredients:
1 carton (8 ounces) sour cream 4 ounces cream cheese, softened 2/3 cup taco sauce 1 1/2 cups torn iceberg lettuce 1/3 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 cup chopped onion 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 medium tomato, chopped Tortilla chips
Cooking Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese; stir until smooth. On a large platter, spread the mixture to an 8-inch circle. Spread the taco sauce evenly over the top. Then layer with the lettuce, green pepper, onion, and cheeses. Sprinkle the tomato on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
