Layered Vegetable Salad With Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients:
1 small head lettuce, torn into pieces 2 small Bermuda onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings 2 cups thinly sliced zucchini 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing: 1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin Blue cheese 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup vinegar 2 tablespoons sugar 1 clove garlic, minced
Cooking Directions:
In a clear salad bowl, layer the lettuce, onion, zucchini and tomato halves. Serve with Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Mix until thoroughly blended and chill.
