Low Calorie Horseradish Dressing

Ingredients:
1 carton (16 ounces) cream style cottage cheese 1 tablespoon milk 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish 1 jar (2 ounces) pimento, drained 1 medium carrot, cut up 3 parsley sprigs
Cooking Directions:
Blend first five ingredients at high speed until smooth. Add pimento, carrots and parsley. Turn blender on and off quickly to just chop vegetables. Chill until ready to serve.
