Mixed Wisconsin Cheese Fondue
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Swiss cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon flour
3/4 cup beer
French bread cubes
Combine cheeses and flour. Microwave beer in 1 1/2 quart bowl uncovered on High power until it bubbles, about 2 minutes. Stir in cheese mixture. Microwave uncovered on Medium power, stirring every 2 minutes, until cheese is melted and mixture is blended, about 5 minutes. Serve with French bread cubes and fresh vegetables as dippers.
