Wisconsin Mozzarella Meat Pie

Ingredients:
Meat Pie Shell: 1 pound ground beef 2/3 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1 egg 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Filling: 2 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Provolone cheese 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives 2 tablespoons grated Wisconsin Parmesan cheese
Cooking Directions:
Meat Pie Shell: Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix until thoroughly blended. Press onto bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan. Partially bake at 350° F for 8 minutes. Drain if necessary. Filling: Combine zucchini, 1/2 cup of each cheese, sauce and olives. Spoon into partially baked shell. Top with remaining cheeses and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Continue baking at 350° F for 15 to 20 minutes.
