1/4 cup whipping cream2 tablespoons sugar1/2 teaspoon lemon juiceDash of saltPeppermint extract1 1/2 cups cold milk1 1/2 cups chilled pineapple juice
Whip cream; add sugar, salt and lemon juice. Fold in milk and pineapple juice which have been blended together. Add peppermint extract to taste. Serve at once with mint leaves garnish.
