Ingredients:
1/4 cup whipping cream 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice Dash of salt Peppermint extract 1 1/2 cups cold milk 1 1/2 cups chilled pineapple juice
Cooking Directions:
Whip cream; add sugar, salt and lemon juice. Fold in milk and pineapple juice which have been blended together. Add peppermint extract to taste. Serve at once with mint leaves garnish.
