1 package (8 ounces) Wisconsin cream cheese, softened3/4 cup ( about 4 ounces) Wisconsin blue cheese, crumbled3 tablespoons milk1 cup pecans, chopped1 cup parsley, snippedPecan halves for garnish
In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, blue cheese and milk. Stir in chopped pecans. Shape into ball. Chill until firm. Roll in parsley and garnish with pecan halves. Serve with assorted crackers.
