Wisconsin Blue Cheese Pecan Ball

Ingredients:
1 package (8 ounces) Cream Cheese, softened 3/4 cup (3 ounces) crumbled Wisconsin Blue cheese 3 tablespoons milk 1 cup chopped pecans Snipped parsley Pecan halves Assorted crackers
Cooking Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, Blue cheese, and milk. Stir in chopped pecans. Shape into a ball. Chill until firm. Roll in parsley; garnish with pecan halves. Serve with crackers.
