1 package (8 ounces) Wisconsin cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup (3 ounces) crumbled Wisconsin blue cheese
3 tablespoons milk
1 cup chopped pecans
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, blue, and milk. Stir in chopped pecans. Shape into a ball. Chill until firm. Roll in parsley; garnish with pecan halves. Serve with crackers.
