Blue Cheese Pecan Ball

Servings: 1 12-ounce cheeseball


1 package (8 ounces) Wisconsin cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup ( about 4 ounces) Wisconsin blue cheese, crumbled
3 tablespoons milk
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup parsley, snipped
Pecan halves for garnish

Cooking Directions:

In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, blue cheese and milk. Stir in chopped pecans. Shape into ball. Chill until firm. Roll in parsley and garnish with pecan halves. Serve with assorted crackers.
