2 cups coarsely chopped peaches
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup water
3/4 cup dairy sour cream
Place peaches, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in blender container or food processor work bowl. Cover and process until smooth. Add water and sour cream; blend until smooth.
Variation: Omit sugar. Substitute one 29 ounce can peaches in heavy syrup for fresh peaches. Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Add 1/2 cup syrup with peaches. Reduce water to 1/2 cup.
