Wisconsin Three Cheese Taco Dip

Ingredients:
12 ounces Wisconsin Cream Cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper 1/2 cup salsa 2 cups shredded lettuce 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 diced plum tomatoes 1/2 cup black olives 1/3 cup green onion sliced
Cooking Directions:
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings; mixing until well blended. Blend in salsa. Spread onto 10 inch serving platter. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
