12 ounces Wisconsin cream cheese1/2 cup sour cream2 teaspoons chili powder1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper1/2 cup salsa2 cups shredded lettuce1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin cheddar cheese1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Monterey jack cheese1/2 diced plum tomatoes1/2 cup black olives1/3 cup green onion sliced
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings; mixing until well blended. Blend in salsa. Spread onto 10 inch serving platter. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
