Wisconsin Cheddar-Blue Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
2 ounces Wisconsin Blue cheese, crumbled 1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 package (8 ounces) Cream Cheese, softened 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 small onion, grated or 1 teaspoon instant onion 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup ground pecans, divided 1/2 cup ground parsley, divided
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients except one-half the parsley and one-half the pecans. Chill thoroughly. Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans and parsley. Chill again for 30 minutes. Serve at room temperature with crackers and cheese knife.
