2 ounces Wisconsin blue cheese, crumbled1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin cheddar cheese, shredded1 package (8 ounces) Wisconsin cream cheese, softened2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 small onion, grated or 1 teaspoon instant onion1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 cup ground pecans, divided1/2 cup ground parsley, divided
Mix all ingredients except one-half the parsley and one-half the pecans. Chill thoroughly. Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans and parsley. Chill again for 30 minutes. Serve at room temperature with crackers and cheese knife.
