Ingredients:
5 bacon slices 3 1/2 cups frozen hash browns 1/2 cup Wisconsin Horseradish, Cheddar or Onion Cold Pack cheese Pepper
Cooking Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Drain, crumble, and set aside. Prepare frozen hash browns according to package directions. Stir in Cold Pack cheese until melted. Season with pepper. Transfer to serving dish and top with crumbled bacon.
