Easy Brie Munchies

Servings: 30


1/2 pound Wisconsin brie cheese, softened
30 round tortilla chips
Garlic powder
1 small avocado, peeled, seeded and cut into 30 1/4-inch thick slices
1/2 cup picante sauce

Cooking Directions:

Spread soft Brie evenly over each tortilla chip. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Gently toss avocado slices with picante sauce. Place one avocado slice on each chip. Top with 1/2 teaspoon of remaining picante sauce. Bake at 350° F for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
