1/2 pound Wisconsin Brie cheese, softened
30 round tortilla chips
1 small avocado, peeled, seeded and cut into 30 1/4-inch thick slices
1/2 cup picante sauce
Spread soft Brie cheese evenly over each tortilla chip. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Gently toss avocado slices with picante sauce. Place one avocado slice on each chip. Top with 1/2 teaspoon of remaining picante sauce. Bake at 350° F for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
