ALL HAIL THE WISCONSIN CHEESEBURGER!

As summer heats up, so too do grills across the country. Nothing says summertime in America quite like the sizzle of cheeseburgers over an open flame. The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board is bringing the art of cheeseburger perfection to a new level with their microsite, The Cheese & Burger Society – offering thirty burger concepts with topping lists that are almost impossible to contain within one bun. Some of the burger ideas include, The Mamma Mia – for the not-so-closeted ABBA lover: Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Sautéed Mushrooms, Pizza Sauce and Onions on Crusty Italian Loaf; and The Highwayman – When a knapsack and a thumb are all you need: Brick Cheese, Cheddar, Ham, Fried Egg, Onion Rings and BBQ Sauce on a Toasted Knot Bun. In addition to burger concepts, visitors to the site can find information on the best Wisconsin Cheeses to top their burgers and a monthly feature with recipes from chefs across the country.
