Roelli Cheese Haus is a small, family-owned cheese factory which has been in the same location for nearly 100 years. We are known for our specialty Cheddar-Blue cheeses, but also make fresh Cheddar curds, cellar-aged Cheddars and small batch artisan varieties including an Alpine style cheese. Along with our factory, Roelli Cheese Co. Inc. also operates a retail cheese store and a milk hauling company. Fourth generation cheese maker and co-owner Chris Roelli is currently studying in the Wisconsin Master Cheese Maker Program and continues to grow the business each year.

Chris Roelli
A fourth-generation cheesemaker, Chris re-opened his family's former commodity cheddar plant in 2006 and has since built it into an award-winning artisan cheese business. He has also "mastered" his craft, by becoming a 2015 graduate of the Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker® program with certification in cheddar. "My goal is to be the best cheesemaker I can be while providing my customers with the best product possible," he says. "I firmly believe in continuing education and to me, the Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker® program is the highest mark of my trade."
