Eau Galle Cheese Factory is a family-owned business and has been producing, wholesaling and retailing cheese since 1945. Our plant specializes in hard-type Italian cheeses. All of the milk used at our plant is from local area farmers, some of which have been supplying milk to Eau Galle Cheese for three generations.
