Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese crafts specialty cheeses right on the farm, using only the freshest milk from Crave Brothers' dairy farm. The four brothers work in harmony with the land to produce outstanding milk and award-winning cheeses that include Farmstead Mascarpone, a creamy, sweet, Italian-cheese; Farmstead Fresh Mozzarella, a milky-style cheese packed in water and marinated; Farmer's Rope, a handmade, coiled string cheese with a full, creamy flavor; and Les Frères,® an American Original with a washed-rind and earthy, nutty flavor. Les Frères means "the brothers" in French. Petit Frère™ ("little brother" in French), an 8-ounce version packed in a keepsake wooden box, is also available.
