Heat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs and pour into shallow dish. In another shallow dish, combine bread crumbs and parmesan. Dip chicken breasts in egg mixture, then in bread crumb mixture, pressing to stick. Place chicken breast onto a lightly-oiled sheet pan and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked.

Oil an oven-proof baking dish and spoon 1/2 of the marinara sauce on bottom. Place chicken on top of sauce. Top each with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella. Bake 15 minutes or until sauce is heated through and cheese is melted. Serve.
