Heat oven to 400°F. Place baguette slices on baking sheet(s). Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake 6-8 minutes or until crisp. Remove from oven. Cool slightly and rub with halved garlic. Set aside.

Heat remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until Brussels sprouts are cooked through and partially crisped and browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

Spread each toasted baguette slice with fig jam. Top with Brussels sprouts and crumbled blue cheese.


*Bacon jam may be substituted for fig jam if preferred.
