Red And White Christmas Cinnamon Salad

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups apple juice 2/3 cup red cinnamon candies 1 package (6 ounces) lemon flavored gelatin 1 jar (24 ounces) applesauce 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup Sour Cream 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup diced celery 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Cooking Directions:
Bring apple juice to boil in medium saucepan. Add candies and gelatin; stir until dissolved. Add applesauce; mix well. Pour half of gelatin into 9 inch pan or 2 quart clear glass bowl. Chill until firm. Allow remaining half of gelatin to stand at room temperature. Combine cream cheese, Sour Cream, lemon juice, pecans and celery; mix well. Spread evenly over gelatin in pan. Pour remaining gelatin mixture over cream cheese layer; chill until firm. Cut into squares. Serve on lettuce-lined salad plates, garnished with additional red cinnamon candies and celery leaves.
