2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Colby cheese, cubed
Apple chunks, grapes, dates
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Swiss cheese, cubed
Melon chunks, orange sections
1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin Fontina cheese
Pineapple chunks, strawberries
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Colby cheese, cubed
Pear chunks
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
Apricot chunks, kiwi slices
1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin Gouda cheese, cut in wedges
Grapes, apple chunks
Cooking Directions:
Alternate cubes of Wisconsin cheese and pieces of fruit on individual skewers.
Arrange skewers on large platter. Add Wisconsin Port Wine and Cheddar Cold Pack cheese, assorted cut vegetables and assorted crackers to complete the tray.
