Walnut-Encrusted Baked Wisconsin Brie
5 ounces brown sugar
3 ounces chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
4 ounces Wisconsin Brie cheese, with top molding removed
For topping, brown sugar, walnuts, flour, and butter. Cover Brie cheese evenly with topping. Bake at 400° F for 4 minutes. Serve with lavosh and sliced pears.
