Limburger Sandwich

Servings: 1


2 slices dark rye bread, 1/2 inch thick
Mustard of choice
1 thin slice sweet onion
2 to 3 slices (1 ounce each) Wisconsin limburger cheese, rind removed

Cooking Directions:

Spread each slice of rye bread with mustard; top one side of bread with onion and cheese. Cover with remaining slice of bread; cut sandwich in half.
