2 slices dark rye bread, 1/2 inch thickMustard of choice1 thin slice sweet onion2 to 3 slices (1 ounce each) Wisconsin Limburger Cheese, rind removed
Spread each slice of rye bread with mustard; top one side of bread with onion and cheese. Cover with remaining slice of bread; cut sandwich in half.
