3 eggs6 tablespoons flour1 (10 ounce) package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained2 cups cottage cheese2 cups Wisconsin cheddar cheese, shredded1/2 teaspoon salt1 dash cream of tartar1 tablespoon minced onion
Heat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs with flour until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into well-buttered two-quart casserole. Bake uncovered for one hour.
