Spanakopita (Greek Spinach/Cheese Pie)

Ingredients:
3 eggs 6 tablespoons flour 1 (10 ounce) package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained 2 cups Cottage Cheese 2 cups Wisconsin Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 dash cream of tartar 1 tablespoon minced onion
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs with flour until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into well-buttered two-quart casserole. Bake uncovered for one hour.
