1 pound sweet Italian sausage, cooked and drained
1 pound ziti or mostaccioli, cooked and drained
4 cups prepared spaghetti sauce
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Ricotta Cheese
6 cups (24 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Mozzarella Cheese, divided
Mix together sausage, pasta, sauce, Ricotta, and 4 cups shredded Mozzarella. Spoon into a greased 4 quart baking dish. Top with remaining 2 cups shredded Mozzarella. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
