1 pound sweet Italian sausage, cooked and drained1 pound ziti or mostaccioli, cooked and drained4 cups prepared spaghetti sauce2 cups (16 ounces) Wisconsin ricotta cheese6 cups (24 ounces) shredded Wisconsin mozzarella cheese, divided
Mix together sausage, pasta, sauce, ricotta, and 4 cups shredded mozzarella. Spoon into a greased 4 quart baking dish. Top with remaining 2 cups shredded mozzarella. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
