Banana Smoothie

Servings: 3


1 cup plain yogurt
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Cooking Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth and frothy. Garnish with whipped cream and chopped peanuts or a banana slice.
