1 pound ground beef1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced1/4 cup onion, diced3/4 cup ketchup1/2 teaspoon garlic salt3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed1 teaspoon dried oregano4 burger buns4 slices Wisconsin mozzarella cheese
In medium skillet brown beef. Add red pepper and onion, cook 3 minutes. Drain. Add ketchup, garlic salt, brown sugar and oregano. Spoon mixture onto bun bottom; top with mozzarella and bun top. Serve.Provolone may be substituted for mozzarella.
