1/2 gallon Neapolitan ice cream, softened3 cups cold coffee1 cup half-and-half1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/4 teaspoon almond extract1 bottle (28 ounces) club soda
Spoon softened ice cream into punch bowl. Add all other ingredients except club soda. Stir until ice cream is dissolved. Add club soda just before serving.
