Mocha Punch

Servings: 25


1/2 gallon Neapolitan ice cream, softened
3 cups cold coffee
1 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 bottle (28 ounces) club soda

Cooking Directions:

Spoon softened ice cream into punch bowl. Add all other ingredients except club soda. Stir until ice cream is dissolved. Add club soda just before serving.
