Mustard And Wisconsin Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 cups milk
1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin Medium Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:

In saucepan melt butter; stir in flour, mustard and garlic powder until smooth. Add minced onion and cook over medium heat about 1 minute. Gradually add milk, heat just to boiling and cook 1 to 2 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and gradually stir in Cheddar cheese. Return to heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Serve over pork tenderloin medallions and asparagus.
