Spinach Salad with Sour Cream Dressing

Servings: 6


6 to 8 cups raw spinach, washed and drained
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, chilled and drained
1 medium cucumber, sliced
1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup (6 ounces) dairy sour cream
6 tablespoons creamy French dressing
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper

Cooking Directions:

Tear cleaned spinach into small pieces and place in large salad bowl. Add orange sections, cucumber slices and shredded cheese, set aside. Blend sour cream, French dressing and seasonings. Pour mixture over greens and toss lightly.
