6 to 8 cups raw spinach, washed and drained1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, chilled and drained1 medium cucumber, sliced1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin sharp cheddar cheese3/4 cup (6 ounces) dairy sour cream6 tablespoons creamy French dressing1/8 teaspoon saltDash of pepper
Tear cleaned spinach into small pieces and place in large salad bowl. Add orange sections, cucumber slices and shredded cheese, set aside. Blend sour cream, French dressing and seasonings. Pour mixture over greens and toss lightly.
