Tomato Borsch Cocktail

Servings: 2


1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup beet juice (1 pound jar beets, drained)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon onion juice
sour cream

Cooking Directions:

In a bowl mix together all ingredients except sour cream. Chill. Serve in glasses or mugs topped with a dollop of sour cream.
